REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY

Real Estate Photography unfortunately is so often poorly shot, and completely undersells the truly unique or luxurious aspects of a home, hotel, resort, spa, or vacation property.

My role in real estate photography and videography is create stunning visuals to capture and evoke emotion, beauty, elegance, charm, and lifestyle within each shot.

I approach every shot as a cinematographer. I create images with not only proper focus, but also exposure, lighting, camera angle, and purpose. Every image has to tell a story about that location, and motivate the buyer to take action.

People buy emotionally and defend logically. The photos and video I capture focuses on that buying emotion. My job is to make the realtor or sellers job easier, assisting them to sell the property sooner for the best price available.

I utilize cinematic stylization in every shot I take. I stage the scene, and shoot when the light is best, or I create the best light for the image.

When I create cinematic tours, I utilize steadicams, gimbals, jibs, sliders, and drones to glide through the location, giving the buyer the feeling of being there in person, helping to envision their new life in this home.

Realtors hire me so they can focus on contacting clients and promoting the property. My work helps create the stunning visuals they need to best portray the property.

As always, I don't take a cookie cutter approach. The locations I shoot, will look like a scene straight out of luxury home tours.
